今天分享一首Journey（旅程乐队）的 《Don’t Stop Believin’》.
Journey是一支1973年在旧金山成立的美国摇滚乐队，由前桑塔纳乐队(Santana)和Frumious Bandersnatch乐队的成员组成。Neal Schon(主音吉他来自前Santana乐队），Jonathan Cain（键盘吉他，前The Babys乐队）Steve Perry（主唱 前Alien Project乐队），Ross Valory（贝斯前Frumious 乐队）Steve Smith（鼓手 同时在storm乐队）这是最经典的一组人马，后期变动不谈。
有些歌曲是会让大家一起跟着合唱的，这首歌就是如此。有趣的是当这首歌第一次发布时，它并没有大热，它只在美国排行榜上排名第九，在英国甚至没有进入前40名。最近几十年，这首歌出现在一些电视节目中（《黑道家族》《女魔头》等），成为了“20世纪最畅销的歌曲”，在美国已经卖出了700多万张。真的是印证了这个歌名，“不要停止相信”。
这首歌的名字源自乐队成员Jonathan Cain，他的前任乐队The Babys意外解散让他很沮丧，正准备放弃做乐队的时候，接到了父亲的电话，父亲对他说了他永远不会忘记的话:“不要停止相信，否则你就完蛋了，伙计。”他就把父亲的话记在了本上，在加入了Journey之后，他把这句话带给了团队成员，他们觉得这句话很有道理，然后开始创作这首。
吉他手Neal Schon的随意弹奏让Cain想到了Pips乐队的名曲《Midnight train to Georgia》于是他们加上了“午夜火车去任何地方”(The Midnight train goin ' anywhere)这句话，并以此为基础创作了剩下的歌词。最后完成了这首名作。
这首歌在《黑道家族》的片尾播放给观众带来了很大的冲击，让这首歌曲进入了英国榜单前十。并且下载量也一路飙升。
