新概念英语听力补充训练初级1:A day at school


《新概念英语》教材本身在编写时,第一册和第二册的语料主要是作者自己编写的,所以在语言内容的呈现上,与实际生活是有差距的。此外,在课文朗读的语速上也与实际生活相差较大。因此,对于学习者而言,需要注意的是,能够听懂教材中的内容,并不代表其听力是真正提高了。

当然,也正因为其听力部分的内容存在难度偏低的问题,小编从今天起,将跟大家分享一些听力方面的材料,作为教材的补充。

这些材料的语料内容都是选自真实生活的场景录音,其语速基本保持常规语速;语料的内容有难度区别,分为初级(Easy)、中级(Medium)和高级(Difficult)三个级别;语料的主题基本涵盖生活中大部分常见的场景,可以满足日常生活或学习考试之用。

每个主题的听力材料都包含三个部分:听前练习(Pre-listening exercises);听中练习(Listening exercises);听后练习(Post-listening exercises)。

听前练习主要是话题准备,让学习者在进入正式的听力之前,利用自己的背景知识,对即将要听练的主题内容提前进行预热。在这部分里会补充一点小提示,主要是关于该主题的跨文化方面的内容。

听中练习包括两道题,一道是客观选择题,一道是主观填空题为主(也会穿插其他题型)。这两道题的设置就是为了检查学习者对语料的理解情况。

听后练习主要是口语或写作的形式,让学习者围绕本课主题进行拓展训练。

Describe a normal school day in the life of a student in your country including hours, class subjects, meals, rules, dress, and extra-curricular activities.
