Better you than me.
Better you than me.
A: I have to work tonight.
B: Better you than me!
A: I have three papers due next week.
B: Better you than me!
A: I am going to paint the outside of the house this weekend.
B: Better you than me - that is a big job.
A: My boss is making me come in this weekend
to do aninventory of the entire store.
It's going to take forever!
B: Wow, better you than me.
I'm going to a baseball game this weekend!
rather you than me
A: I have to get up at 5 o'clock tomorrow morning.
B: Rather you than me.
BYTM
A: I’ll be running a marathon next Sunday.
B: BYTM.
Now it's your time to open your mouth and practice!
Have fun learning English!
