最新的研究发现睡眠不足者更容易选择高能量和低营养价值的零食,这可能将增加多种健康问题的风险;
睡眠不足与体内胃饥饿素升高、瘦素水平降低以及大脑对食物刺激的易感性增加有关,从而导致身体吃下更多食物且更偏爱高热量食物;
规律作息、早睡早起,营造良好的睡眠环境,养成良好的饮食和运动习惯,将对提高睡眠质量有利。
