字面义：把自己放在外面
实际的含义要丰富得多，指走出自己限定的区域，不要被限制在固定的人设里。

put yourself out there指的是要大胆一点，勇于冒险。

所以，咱们很难用一个固定的汉语表达出“put yourself out there”的含义。
它的含义太丰富了，都是鼓励我们更积极、更包容地拓展自己世界的边界。
不要限制自己，让自己豁得出去，是要走出自己的comfort zone。
如果你很内向，或者有很内向的朋友，就可以用上put oneself out there来鼓励一下。
你的闺蜜一直没有脱单，或是圈子太小，或是相对内向，可以对她说一句“You should put yourself out there.”
奶茶妹妹经历过一些事情、沉寂了之后，再重新回到公众视野，梨子觉得用这句来形容也合适：
put oneself out there以前很多时候被用来指恋爱中的行为，现在使用范围没有这样的限制啦。
