背景简介
社交媒体巨头Facebook在6月份发布了Libra数字货币计划，但此后遇到了各种监管障碍，唱衰 Libra 的声音层出不穷。10月23日，Facebook CEO扎克伯格出席美国众议院金融服务委员会关于Libra的听证会。

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg will play up growing tensions between the U.S. and China, while also promising that the company’s embattled Libra digital currency won’t launch without the approval of U.S. regulators, according to prepared testimony he will make before the House Financial Services Committee on Wednesday.Zuckerberg says it's Facebook's way — or China's way.He told lawmakers that Libra is essential to projecting American financial leadership around the world.He warned that any delay risks losing that leadership to China.Zuckerberg played the China card in his remarks, urging regulators to act quickly.
