I don't watch TV dramas that often, but recently, I watched an animated one named “Battle Through the Heavens”. The animation is about a 12-year-old young man in the nadir of his life determined to regain the success and recognition he used to have by experiencing hardships and dangers. For instance, his family give him the cold shoulder due to his failures. I started to watch it on the recommendation of a friend of mine during my time at senior high. He was watching it on Bilibili, a video website aimed at teenagers and the youth in China when I found him pretty absorbed in it.

And I was fascinated by it, because the plot was full of twists and turns. It also created many lifelike characters. To cite an example, the hero, Xiao Yan, who chose to struggle against all kinds of adversity after he had been considered as "trash" because of his failures. The plot never stopped drawing me in as the story went on. And this made me think that if I were the hero, what would I do when seeing all my previous work going to waste. It directly shows us the passion which Xiao Yan had in his life. Though he has faced many hurdles, he overcomes them and finds a place in every person’s heart.
