春节放假通知邮件如何写?
每年农历春节快到来的时候,大家都会提前发邮件通知客户自己公司的放假安排,有的稍微规范一点的公司会有统一的邮件发出,有公司的抬头,公司CEO的落款,非常正式的官方的通知。有的则是业务员各自草拟邮件发给各自的客户,每个人写的版本都不同甚至放假的日期都不同,更可怕的是这些不同的邮件还会到相同的客户的邮箱里去。我的建议是先公司发统一的出来,然后业务员去转发这个给客户。

销售转发或者附这个文件/截图等发邮件给客户,根据不同客户的具体情况来,多从客户的角度去帮他考虑,为什么现在下单出货对他是有哪些好处,比如刚买了一大批货的客户,你去催TA下单肯定是没什么意义的甚至让别人觉得你是一个自私的只想着自己的业绩的销售。我们不要去逼单,毕竟B2B的客户和B2C的客户不同,你一说这个优惠活动本周结束B2C客户马上掏钱购买了,但是B2B客户在乎的是自己的业务和库存周转,资金周转,潜在的风险等问题。并不会因为你说过完年东西涨价了就信你马上下单。
