常吃辣椒延年益寿?AHA最新证据来了!| AHA 2020
全因死亡率降低了25%( RR: 0.75; 95% CI: 0.64-0.88, p = 0.0004,图1b);
心血管疾病死亡率降低了26%(RR: 0.74; 95% CI: 0.62-0.88, p=0.0006,图1c);
癌症死亡率降低了23%(RR: 0.77; 95% CI: 0.71-0.84, p=0.0001,图1d)。
吃辣椒的人与不吃辣椒的人,差异就在这!
不过,经常吃辣椒对脑血管意外的影响并无统计学差异(RR: 0.76; 95%CI:0.36-1.60,p = 0.47)。
