一份2019年度权威海外纪录片榜单
第35届国际纪录片协会IDA获奖名单于2019年12月8日正式公布，颁出22个大小奖项。
国际纪录片协会（IDA）成立于1982年，是一家非营利性机构，旨在促进纪录影像的创作者，并致力于提高公众对纪录片类型的认识。他们的主要计划领域是：宣传，为影像创作者服务，教育以及公共计划和活动。IDA 总部位于美国洛杉矶，在53个国家/地区拥有约2000名成员，为纪录片电影的支持者和供应商提供了一个论坛。
IDA帮助倡导，保护和促进纪录片制片人的合法权利。IDA将纪录电影作为一种至关重要的艺术形式也有悠久的历史，他们寻求方法来确保制作纪录片的艺术家获得应有的资金。最近，IDA在非虚构影像面临的这些主要问题上一直处于支持的最前沿，包括促进网络中立性的努力，游说以制定强有力的艺术公共政策，游说以增加拨款为目的。为艺术提供公共资金，促进合理使用做法，并保护电影制片人的权益。
