一是，配电板、电力系统（Switchboard／electrical systems）

(1)Indicator lamps operational．

指示器灯是否工作。

(2)Meters／gauges／switches in good condition．

仪表、仪器和开关是否处于良好状态。

(3)Identification／labelling／tags(in place and in language readily

understood by those concerned)．

标签、铭牌(在适当位置，用管理人员能理解的语言)。

(4)Lamp test satisfactory．

各种指示灯测试，是否处在满意状态。

(5)Insulation reading／earthfault．

绝缘级数、接地故障。

(6)Priority release groups．

优先释放组。

(7)Fuses．

保险丝。

(8)Rear side(cleanliness)．

背面(清洁程度)。

(9)Electro shock first aid label displayed．

是否显示电击急救标签。

(10)Rubber mats in position．

橡皮垫是否在适当位置。

二是，报警装置、使用仪器（Alarms／instrumentation）

(1)Bridge control operational．

驾驶台控制是否正常。

(2)Control instruments(condition／setvalues)．

控制设备(状态和设定值)。

(3)Audible alarms in engine roomtested&working．

机舱的声音报警装置测试是否运作正常。

(4)Visual indication of each separatealarm operational．

各个独立的灯光报警装置是否运作正常。

(5)Alarm connections to Eng．cabins&Eng．public rooms operational．

连接在轮机员房间、公共场所的报警装置是否运作正常。

(6)Audible／visual alarm on bridge．

在驾驶台的声音、灯光报警装置

(7)Is Eng．Alarm activated when alarmfunction is not attended in due

time.

当报警功能没有适时地起动时，轮机员报警有无被激活(无人机舱)

三是，常规检查（General）

(1)Instructions／warnings．

说明、警告。

(2)Identification of equipment andmachinery．

机械设备的识别。

(3)Is E．C．R．clean，well lit&ventilated?

机舱集控室是否清洁、照明和通风良好?

(4)Are sufficient plans／manuals／tables and drawings at hand?

有无充足的平面图、手册、表格及制图?

(5)Are engine room manuals／technicalinformation in language readily

understoodby those concerned?

机舱的各种手册、技术说明书所用的语言是否能够被机舱人员所完整地理解?

(6)Are muster lists displayed?

是否张贴有应变部署表?

(7)Are oil spill clean-up proceduresdisplayed／provided?

有无溢油清洁程序?

(8)Are fire extinghuishers provided?

有无灭火器?

(9)Are maintenance recordsprovided&maintained?

有无维护保养记录?

(10)Are E．R．logbook&oil record book correctly kept／filled out?

轮机日志、油类记录簿是否正确地保存、填写?
