印度卫生部周一通知了过去 24 小时内 14,306 例新增新冠病例和443 例死亡，喀拉拉邦昨天报告了 8,538 例新病例和 71 例死亡。
活跃病例量为 1,67,695。目前活跃病例占该国阳性病例总数的 0.49%，
过去 24 小时内治愈 18,762 名患者，使康复患者的累计人数增加到 3,35,67,367 人。印度的康复率为 98.18%，目前处于 2020 年 3 月以来的最高点。
该国新增死亡人数为 443 人，累计死亡人数达到 4,54,712 人。
每周阳性率为 1.24%，现在过去 31 天一直低于 2%。过去 21 天每日阳性率为 1.43%，连续 56 天低于 2%，现在连续 56 天低于 3%。

CHENNAI: Offline merchant payments (such as kirana store transactions) grew faster than online merchant payments (food delivery or e-commerce), registering a growth of 65% in July-September period over the previous quarter, according to a report. Opening up of physical stores after the second wave of Covid drove the growth.
In the September quarter, UPI and merchant payments crossed the Rs 200-crore transaction milestone, clocking Rs 221 crore and Rs 231 crore transactions, respectively, said PhonePe head of strategy and investor relations Karthik Raghupathy. Nearly 4 out of 5 merchant payments were offline transactions in this period, he said. TOI
