History

10-year-old female with history of hemicolectomy for carcinoma of the colon with headache, back and leg pain.

病史：10岁，女性，曾因结肠癌行部分结肠切除术，伴头痛、背痛、腿痛症状。

Contrast-enhanced axial T1-weighted image of the brain at the level of the midbrain shows extensive leptomeningeal enhancement (arrows in Fig 1A) of the folia of the superior cerebellum and the interpeduncular cistern.

图一：中脑层面T1轴位增强，可见小脑上方和脚间池软脑膜广泛强化。
