葡聚糖是指以葡萄糖为单糖组成的同型多糖，葡萄糖单元之间以糖苷键连接。其中根据糖苷键的类型又可分为alpha-葡聚糖和beta-葡聚糖。alpha-葡聚糖中研究及使用较多的为dextran Glucan，又称右旋糖酐。为一种多糖。存在于某些微生物在生长过程中分泌的粘液中。葡聚糖具有较高的分子量
以及各种的葡聚糖活性基团改性产品，葡聚糖改性我们可以修饰NHS，NH2氨基，生物素Biotin,叠氮N3，醛基，巯基Thiol-SH, 马来酰亚胺MAL等等产品，葡聚糖的可以选择各种分子量的产品。
