We're running out of gas. 我的车快没油了。

=You are insane.

=You are mad.

=You are out of your mind.

I'm out of money. 我没钱了。

I’m broke. 我没钱了

I'm dead broke. 我身上一分钱也没有了。

I don't have a penny to my name. 我身上一分钱也没有了。

形容自己有钱:

I have lots of cash on me. 我身上有很多现金。

I’m rolling in it. 我现在很有钱。
