1 whip up different kinds of cuisines 制作不同类型的菜

Do you like cooking/Are you good at cooking?你喜欢烹饪吗？/你擅长烹饪吗？

I don't like to blow my own horn but I'm kind of a cordon bleu chef. I'm pretty good at whipping up different kinds of cuisines. 我不喜欢自吹自擂，但我的确厨艺精湛。我非常擅长烹饪各种不同风味的菜肴。

2 thaw out 解冻

You can thaw out the seafood before cooking it, but if you do this, make sure you cook it asquick as you can.

5 moderate heat 中火

Add garlic and ginger and stir-fry over moderate heat until very fragrant, about 2 minutes. 添加蒜，姜末，中火炒香，约2分钟。
