职场中当你遭遇冷板凳

When you meet the difficulty of being given the cold shoulder by your direct senior, what should you do to change this dilemma?Now here is my advice from my own real experience, I changed my fate of being expelled out of my company and at last became a successful strong woman.
当你遇到直属领导给你冷板凳坐时，你应该如何做才能改变这种困境呢？下面是我从我自身的真正经历中给出的建议，我改变了被排挤出公司的命运，并且最后成为了一名成功的女强人。
I worked in an state-owned enterprise engaged in oil and natural gas design,the design job can give you loads of pressure because all the materials you need to deal with is flammable and combustible, and once there is an exploding accident, the first one to be detected will be the designer, plus the responsiblity is for your whole life.So the experience of the old Shifu is extremely important. That leads to an innormal phenomena that the new employees must try their best to flatter the Shifu and get the careful guidance by him.But I , because of my naiveness and high self-esteem, I couldn't get the help and recognization from him. You know, he was our group leader, who was responsible to distribute tasks to us members. So he accused me of not having the competent talent in this design job and refused to give me any tasks.
我在一家从事石油天然气设计的国企工作，这份设计工作会给你很大的压力，因为所有你需要处理的材料都是易燃易爆的，而且设计责任终身制。所以老师傅的经验变得尤其重要。这就导致了一种不正常的现象，新员工必须尽力的讨好老师傅以便得到他的悉心指导。但是，因为我的天真幼稚以及强烈的自尊，我不能够得到老师傅的帮助和认可。你要指导，他是我们的组长，负责安排任务给我们组员，所以他控诉我没有从事设计工作的才能拒绝给我安排任务。
But I didn't give myself up, I thought, the good excuse he could do this is that I didn't have much knowledge and experience in this job, everytime I took a task , I would made many mistakes ,which always made the proofreading very angry.And at this crucial time, the vice manager of my department, who is very kind , told me that I could recite the specifications, the basic regulations of the professional job is in those, so I made good use of this enough free time to recite all the specifications I could find, and I belived when next time I got a task, my good performance will prove my ability.
但是我没有自暴自弃，他之所以这样做的一个很好的借口就是我没有很好的知识和经验，每次我接手一份任务，我都会出很多错误，常常让校审人员很恼火。就在这个关键时刻，我部门的副经理，非常善良的一个人，告诉我我可以背诵标准规范，专业工作的基本规定都再规范里，所以我好好的利用这段充足的时间背诵我能找到的规范，我相信下次我得到机会做项目，我将会证明我的能力。
And after two months, the good chance finally came to me.The designers of the big project was determined by the vice manager, who also agreed to give me a chance to design a part, and the project manager also understood my mood of trying my best to prove myself, so he always assigned lots of work to me, and my knowledge acquired during those two months have given me great help , finally the managers said I have had the ability of doing good job, although the Old Shifu still refused to give me any tasks, I could get work to do directly from the vice manager who was responsible for the production of our department, and the manager also support that.
两个月后，好机会来了。这个大项目的设计人员由副经理决定，因为他是管部门生产工作的，他统一给我一次机会设计一部分，并且项目经理也很理解我尽一切努力证明自己的心情，总是安排我许多工作做，我在前两个月获得的知识给我了莫大的帮助，最终部门的经历们都说我已经具备了干好设计工作的能力。尽管老师傅还是拒绝给我安排任务，但是副经理却可以直接给我活干，部门正经理也支持他。
What's more, after two years of hard work ,I was given the nomination as the vice manager of another new department.
另外，两年的艰苦工作之后，我获得了到一个新部门任副职的提名。
You can see, how could you deal with the cold shoulder, making  good use of your time to improve yourself is the best way.
