菱形唇（rhomboid lip）

The rhomboid lip (RL) is a sheetlike neural tissue layer that forms the ventral walls of the fourth ventricle and the foramen of Luschka. 1, 2, 3 The RL is often observed in posterior fossa surgery, such as during resection of vestibular schwannoma and microvascular decompression (MVD) for hemifacial spasm.2 The anatomy surrounding the foramen of Luschka is important for neurosurgery.
