Functions of gearbox test bed
■ 实现的功能：
Achievable functions:
通过变速箱试验台架，模拟变速箱在不同转速下
进行运转，从而观察变速箱的噪音及齿轮啮合情况。
Operation of the gearbox based on different
rotation speeds is simulated by gearbox test
stand for the purpose of observing noise and
gear engagement of the gearbox.

变速箱试验台架使用操作前准备工作
Preparation work before operating gearbox test bed
① 接线(三相四线)：红、黄、绿色接380V，
蓝色接零线；
Wiring (three-phase and four-line):
Red, yellow, green lines connected to 380V
and blue line connected to null line;
② 接气：油水分离器1.2Mpa；
Coherence: Oil-water separator 1.2Mpa

变速箱试验台架使用操作流程
Using and operating process of gearbox test bed
■ 合上电源开关，打开电控操控箱总电源通断开关，
设备通电，显示面板数值为0；
Switch on the power switch and switch on
main power on-off switch of electronic
control box and then the equipment will
be on with value on the display panel
being 0;
打开总电源开关
■ 将测试的变速箱吊装至变速箱可调整式托架，
通过调整底部旋转顶丝机构将变速箱调整到位；
The gearbox tested is hoisted to adjustable
bracket of the gearbox and the gearbox is
adjusted appropriately by adjusting rotation
jackscrew mechanism at the bottom;
吊装到移动托架到位
调整变速箱高度
■ 将一轴连接件安装在变速箱一轴上；
Install connector on one shaft onto
a shaft of the gearbox;
安装一轴连接件
■ 将变速箱通过可调整式托架推至试验台架定位止口内；
Push the gearbox to the positioning seam
allowance of test stand with adjustable
bracket;
变速箱推到定位止口内
■ 通过气缸控制按钮，旋转夹紧气缸将变速箱拉紧固定
(松开气缸控制按钮，气缸与变速箱分离)；
Strain the gearbox for fixation by rotating
clamping cylinder based on cylinder control
button (the cylinder will be separated from
the gearbox by loosening cylinder control
button);

旋紧气缸拉紧变速箱

旋紧气缸松开变速箱
■ 按下电机启动按钮，通过旋钮转速旋钮，
调整转速大小；
Press the start-up button, adjust the
rotation speed by pressing knob

调节转速按钮
■ 将转速按钮旋转到0，按下电机停止按钮，
关闭电源开关，测试完毕；
Press the rotation speed button to 0,
press the stop button, turn off the
switch, and the test is done;
调节转速按钮到0
■ 电控操控箱可以进行旋转90度，方便操作和观察数据。
The electronic control box can be rotated to 90°,
convenient to operate and observe data.

故障分析
Fault analysis
模拟变速箱在不同转速下进行运转，从而观察变速箱的噪音及齿轮啮合情况。通过手动换挡转塔，切换不同的挡位，观察是否流畅；如发现卡顿和运转不良及时按下停止按钮，检查变速箱内部齿轮。
Operation of the gearbox based on different rotation speeds is simulated for the purpose of observing noise and gear engagement of the gearbox; Make gear shifts manually, switch to different gears to see whether smooth or not; Press the stop button in time in case of slow operation or impeded running, check the gears inside the gearbox.
