坚定转型：富士康强势收购国外企业
After Lenovo purchased the total PC business of IBM, the local Chinese enterprise Foxconn first purchased the related Nokia feature phone business of the Finnish company HMD Global as 0.35 billion dollars (it is equal to 2.3 billion yuan) and took over it from its last owner Microsoft. Subsequently, as reported that Foxconn’s parent company Taiwan Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. has finished its capital injection in Sharp Corp. on August 12, 2016. And Sharp Corp. has officially been one subsidiary of Hon Hai. Seemingly, Foxconn is with enormous strength which is hidden and without releasing!
继联想成功收购IBM全部PC业务后，中国本土企业富士康先是于2016年5月和芬兰公司HMD Global以3.5亿美元(约合人民币23亿元)价格接手微软旗下的诺基亚功能手机相关业务。随后，据报道台湾鸿海精密工业公司（富士康母公司）完成夏普公司在2016年8月12日注资的手续，夏普公司正式成为鸿海的子公司。看来是，富士康深藏不漏，财力雄厚！
In most people’s eyes, Foxconn is just the biggest OEM company for Apple Incorporation. Moreover, a large portion of Foxconn’s profit comes from its Big Brother Apple’s orders. As a result, its founder Terry Tai-Ming Gou must be worried a lot because Foxconn depends on Apple’s orders excessively. Especially, Apple’s products have lost its competence in the market and its market share is declining in the recent years. Then, the profit of Foxconn is decreasing coming with it. Mr. Gou must find a way out!
在大多数人眼里，富士康就是苹果在全球最大的代工厂，而且富士康的大部分利润都要来源于老大哥苹果的订单坚挺支持。但是过分依赖苹果的订单，估计富士康创始人郭台铭也是各种忧心吧！特别是近年来苹果产品在市场上的号召力逐渐削弱，市场份额也在下跌！那么，随之而来富士康的利润也在下跌！郭台铭必须找别的出路！
There, for its long term development and the present OEM advantage Foxconn is meant to foray in the mobile phone market. When doing OEM for Apple, Foxconn could do nothing but put up with Apple taking away the most profit. Before, Foxconn has already taken over the relevant feature phone business of Nokia. Moreover, Foxconn established its own mobile phone—InFocus several years ago and it just didn’t move into the main stream! Maybe, lots of consumers didn’t hear nothing of it! However, market competition is changing a lot all the time. In the future, InFocus may spring up!
所以，为了自身长远发展以及目前代加工的优势，富士康已经有意进军手机市场。自己帮助苹果加工，眼睁睁的看着苹果拿走利润大头。之前，富士康已经接手诺基亚功能手机相关业务。而且，富士康富可视（InFocus）几年前已经推出手机业务，只不过目前没有进入手机主流市场，抢占一定的市场份额！估计很多消费者都不知道这个名字！不过，市场竞争总是变化太快，富可视未必以后不会崛起！
Besides, it is said that Apple will adopt OLED screen in the future. But Apple don’t rely on Foxconn’s own technology. As a result, Foxconn must meet Apple’s requirements if Foxconn tend to blaze a trail in the market share of the next-generation OLED. With Sharp’s superiority, Foxconn still has hope to get part of the market share!
另外，据说苹果未来想采用OLED屏幕，而富士康本身的技术苹果看不上，那么富士康意欲在下一代OLED的市场争夺战杀出一条血路，必须得有傍身本领。那么，借助夏普本身的优势，富士康还是有希望分一杯羹！
Give my blessing to Foxconn whether it could succeed or not. After all, Foxconn has created so many jobs and contributed a lot to the taxation for China！
