今天分享一首来自 Marble Sounds（大理石之声乐队） 的《Ship In The Sand》。
Marble Sounds是由Pieter Van Dessel带领的比利时乐队。小E很开心能挖掘到他们的歌曲。可以让你狂躁的音乐有很多，可以让你悲伤或开心的歌曲也很多，可以让你静心的歌曲却不多，因为这条路不太受市场欢迎。他们就是这为数写这一类作品的乐队之一。
Pieter Van Dessel在卖自己的音乐时，就使用 Marble Sounds的名字。他在2007年拍卖了一张包含四首歌的专辑叫做《A Painting Or A Spill》，其中“ Redesign”在比利时国家广播电台（StuBru的第1电台）的节目上大受欢迎。当时Pieter Van Dessel还住在加拿大的蒙特利尔。后来他回到比利时很快的组建了乐队。
乐队成员有吉他，歌手Pieter Van Dessel，鼓手 Johan De Coster，吉他、歌手 Gianni Marzo ，贝斯手Frederik Bastiaensen，键盘、声乐Christophe Vandewoude，组成后迅速接到很多邀约。Marble Sounds于2010年3月在Zealrecords上发行了他们的第一张全长CD“ Nice Is Good”。
今天的歌曲来自他们的第二张专辑《Dear Me,Look Up》。
整张专辑都在描述孤独者，而这首歌的孤独是因为情伤带来的。很多人在投入感情却受挫后，都可能会有像搁浅在沙滩上的船这种开始感觉，有人寻找新的情感寄托，有个人尝试自我疗愈，这首歌适合后者。安静下来回顾往昔，也许可以参悟出伤痛的意义。
