霍金离世：感动世界的10句名言

我们这一代注定是不断送别大师的一代。

著名的英国物理学家史蒂芬·霍金（Stephen Hawking）昨日离世，享年76岁。虽然霍金身体残疾，但他却拥有一颗无比聪慧的大脑，这让全世界都对这位物理天才印象深刻。

霍金的一生致力于探索宇宙的奥秘，他最为人所知的著作是1988年出版的《时间简史》（A Brief History of Time）。这本书颠覆了人们对于宇宙的认知，提出了全新了解释宇宙的方法。这本书也奠定他作为物理界“一哥”的地位。很多人认为他的贡献不亚于牛顿和爱因斯坦。

下面我为大家翻译了霍金曾说过10句话，让我们一起缅怀大师，感受他伟大的人格魅力。

1. “You have the beginning of the universe? If so, before that, what happened?”

宇宙有开端吗？ 如果有的话，在此之前发生过什么？

9. "Black holes are not as black as they are painted. They are not the eternal prisons they were once thought. Things can get out of a black hole, both to the outside, and possibly, to another universe. So, if you feel you are in a black hole, don't give up. There's a way out."

黑洞不像画出来的那么黑。它们也不是人们能想象的所谓永恒的监狱。物体可以从一个黑洞中出来，亦或是从另外一个宇宙中出来。所以，当你感觉自己身处一个黑洞，不要放弃，那可能正是一个出口。

10. "Physics was always the most boring subject at school because it was so easy and obvious. But physics and astronomy offered the hope of understanding who we are and where we are from. I wanted to fathom the depths of the Universe."
