解剖基础：肾周间隙，由前方的肾前筋膜（Gerota筋膜）、后方的肾后筋膜(Zuckerkandl筋膜)及外侧缘的侧锥筋膜包绕构成
沟通：向上↑固定于膈下筋膜；向下↓汇入髂筋膜。右侧肾周间隙向上与肝裸区相沟通，左侧肾周间隙向上与膈下间隙相通；双侧肾周间隙跨过中线，相互沟通；双侧肾周间隙向下与盆腔腹膜后间隙相沟通
内部构成：由纤细的纤维板和桥隔分隔成不同腔室，其内包含的肾脏、肾上腺、近端输尿管、肾周脂肪、淋巴管、血管
