以我自己为例,我很少接受一些莫名的邀请。我不接受这些要求的主要原因是我不知道这些人是谁,我不知道他们为什么要和我联系。 很多哪怕我接受了邀请的,很少有人会发信息给我说明意图。
我相信自己不是唯一这样想的人。那么如何才能克服这些困难,在LinkedIn上添加更多新的联系人?
I do believe that we are not the only one who keep such ideas. So how could we conquer the difficulties to get more new connections?
这里有一些技巧。
Here are some techniques.
首先你应该仔细看一下这个人的个人资料,找出你们可能有的共同点,比如涉及的产品或行业,比如分享的话题等等。
Firstly, you've got to check his or her detailed personal profile, finding out the common points between you two, such as products, fields, or the topics shared currently by him or her.
其次,想一想你是如何找到这个人的,为什么想要与他们联系,弄清楚自己的动机。
Secondly, think about it, how did you find this guy, why you want to connect with them, confirm your aim.
如果你的意图是向他们推销,可以先去观察他们的详细Profile,而不是立刻发送好友申请。
If you mean to sell things to them, go check their profiles first, rather than sending connection request directly.
如果你打算给他们发送好友申请,请仔细写下你的意图,哪怕是胡编的,切忌直接发送单纯的推销信息。
If you want to send the connection request, write down your intention (Even if the content is fake), don't send any selling content directly.
以下是我如何在LinkedIn邀请某人
Below is how I ask connection from a person on LinkedIn.
通 知
1.首先进入这个人的完整个人资料页面,观察这个人的公司背景和涉及的产品及行业,以及他最近更新的Updates.
2.编写一个自定义邀请,而不是直接发送Connect邀请。
这里有一些你可以提到的事情:
解释你为什么要连接
描述你可以通过连接的互利关系
赞美他们
提到你有共同点的东西,比如行业,比如关注点,比如爱好
3.自定义邀请的内容尽量简短,别搞得像传销。
