非晶压铸用模具材料的选择和优化研究

【摘要】 块体非晶合金(BMG)具有优异的力学和耐腐蚀性能,已在多个领域获得应用,其中消费类电子产品精密件发展最快。电子产品精密件多有薄壁窄边,成型难度较大,而成型性与铸造压力、熔体温度和模具设计等工艺条件有关,也与熔体与模具的润湿性有关,即与BMG成份和模具材质有关。本文针对两种成型难度有明显差异的手机卡托模具,提出了一种用标准薄板试样长度来量化BMG精密件成型难度的方法,在此基础上对比了Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10(Zr55)和Zr52.5Cu25Ni9.5Ti6Al7(Zr52.5)的成型性和玻璃形成能力(GFA)。采用自建的金属熔体与常温基板的润湿性测试平台,研究了Zr55、(Zr55Cu30Ni5Al10)98Er2等合金熔体与紫铜、铬铜、铬锆铜、铍镍铜、铍钴... 更多
