（1）专业。初次交谈，必须体现出你的专业。就我来说，我们做的是服装和纺织品的商标业务，我一看到客户的样品就知道这个产品我们厂能不能做。是通过哪几道工序做出来的，难点在哪里。精确的成本是多少。要多少天可以出样，要多少天可以完成大货。另外还知道工厂最近的排单情况，几天可以轮到这一单上生产线。
（2）合理报价。我们厂网络销售的报价一般比其它销售略低一些。因为网络销售省去了业务员的差旅费和开设办事处的费用，成本略低。当然也要保证有利可图。
（3）快速打样。我们厂一般初次接触的网络新客户总是以最快的速度出高品质的样(一定要赶在承诺的时间之前)，往往能给客户带去惊喜，感到惊讶。关于打样费：一般产品免费打样费，高难度产品只收取成本费的80%。
