成纤维细胞生长因子 15(FGF15,小鼠)和成纤维细胞生长因子 19(FGF-19,人)由回肠上皮细胞产生。胆汁酸通过法尼醇X受体(FXR)刺激 FGF15/19 的分泌。FGF15/19 的受体是由 FGFR4(一个酪氨酸激酶受体)和B-Klotho受体组成的异二聚体复合物。FGF15/19 能抑制胆汁酸的合成,刺激肝脏蛋白质的合成和糖生成,以及抑制糖异生。
