Now this was an incidental finding in a 30 year old female. Vascular mass, early phase, fatty infiltration of the liver, and the lesion becomes nearly isodense. Well, it doesn't look like an abscess, too much homogeneous enhancement early. Hepatoma? I guess it could be, but patient's not cirrhotic and the lesion behaves not quite like a hepatoma. a hepatic adenoma can become less dense, but what I like about this lesion is it's the same density as the IVC. It's homogeneous and it's nearly gone. The reason you see it at all is because of the fatty infiltration, and this is best described as focal nodular hyperplasia, a very common lesion which can be challenging at times, but just a very nice example.

【Incidental Liver Mass 肝脏肿块】
患者女，30岁，偶然发现病灶。病灶为富血供肿块，早期（动脉期）肝脏脂肪浸润，病灶接近等密度。看起来不像脓肿，因为动脉期明显均匀强化。肝癌？有可能，但患者没有肝硬化，而且病灶的表现不太符合肝癌。肝脏腺瘤密度稍低，但该病灶和下腔静脉密度相等，均匀强化又迅速廓清。我们能看到整个病灶是因为脂肪浸润，这很好的符合肝局灶性结节性增生，很常见，但有时也不容易诊断。但确实是一个很棒的病例。
