JM系列径向柱塞马达
.JM系列径向柱塞马达柱塞与连杆铰接,连杆的另一端与曲轴偏心轮外圆接触。高压油进入部分柱塞缸头部,高压油作用在柱塞上的作用力对曲轴旋转中心形成转矩。另外部分柱塞缸与回油口相通。曲轴为输出轴。配流轴随曲轴同步旋转,各柱塞缸依次与高压进油和低压回油相通(配流套不转),保证曲轴连续旋转。JM系列径向柱塞马达结构简单,工作可靠,可以是壳体固定曲轴旋转,也可以是曲轴固定壳体旋转(可驱动车轮或卷筒)。采用静压支承或静压平衡后最低转速可达3 r/min。JM系列径向柱塞马达结构如图1 ~图3所示。
