欠薪、缺少补给Five Stars Fujian被AMSA滞留20天、12月内禁止驶入澳大利亚

根据AMSA官网发布的消息香港籍货轮：

Five Stars Fujian（9402287）由于欠薪、缺少补给，被AMSA滞留20天、12月内禁止驶入澳大利亚。该轮建造与2009年，是一艘散货船，总吨93385，从这些基本披露的基本信息可以推测该轮是一艘比较新的船舶，船舶机械、生活设施等硬件应该达标。主要滞留缺陷为：MLC 2006 - Food and drinking water are not of appropriate quality, quantity and nutritional value for the seafarers on the ship.Seafarers not paid at monthly intervals in accordance with Seafarer's Employment Agreement (SEA) since June 2016. 该轮被滞留20提案后，船舶补充了淡水、油料并补发了船员工资All wages be paid in accordance with SEA and Rectification Action Plan implemented.。AMSA官员认为数月补发工资是不人道的，并禁止该轮12个月内驶入澳大利亚水域，AMSA hopes that this banning will serve as a warning to other shipping companies that if they wish to do business in Australian waters they must abide by their international obligations and manage their crew in a proper manner.”
