737NG左侧汇流条接不上电,transfer bus off灯亮
故障现象:
落地反映APU和地面电源间歇性接不上电,接地面电源的时候左侧TRANSFER BUS OFF灯亮SOURCE OFF灯不亮。再次启动APU接电正常,多次切换也正常。自检APU当前和历史无信息,GCU自检正常,AGCU自检前有GCB/APB信息。
排故过程:
测量相关线路导通性和绝缘性均正常。与别的飞机对串AGCU(3次)、对串BPCU(2次)、对串P5-4面板,更换BTB1、更换APB(2次),故障依旧。更换GCB1后测试正常。
原理简述:
手册中对TRANSFER BUS OFF灯和SOURCE OFF灯的描述:
TRANSFER BUS OFF灯亮逻辑:当一侧交流汇流条没电时,对应侧的TRANSFER BUS OFF灯亮(The amber TRANSFER BUS OFF light comes on when the AC transfer bus does not have power.)
SOURCE OFF灯亮逻辑:一侧的交流汇流条不是由最后一次选择的电源供电(The amber SOURCE OFF light supplies indication that an AC transfer bus is not energized by the source you last selected.)
GEN BUS OFF灯亮逻辑:GCB断开,对应侧的GEN BUS OFF灯亮(The blue GEN OFF BUS light comes on when the engine generator control breaker (GCB) is open.)
实际电路中,GEN OFF BUS灯、TRANSFER BUS OFF灯和SOURCE OFF灯的逻辑:
当GCB内的TRIP线圈通电,GCB断开,其中一对辅助触点闭合,给GEN BUS OFF灯提供地信号,点亮GEN BUS OFF灯。(D340:PIN10--PIN16触点用于指示TRIP,而PIN4--PIN19触点才用于控制。所以GEN OFF BUS灯亮,不代表真的已经TRIP)
当以下任一逻辑门输出为真时,TRANSFER BUS OFF灯亮:
逻辑门A:GCB和BTB都未闭合
逻辑门B:GCB断开,BTB闭合,但连接汇流条上没电
逻辑门C:BTB断开,GCB闭合,但IDG输出电源存在过压/欠压、过频/欠频、相序错误
当以下任一逻辑门输出为真时,SOURCE OFF灯亮:
逻辑门E:对应侧的APB和GCB断开,EPC也断开
逻辑门F:APB闭合,但对应侧的供电电门还在OFF位
