英语俚语-On the outs

前段時間，非洲國家Zimbabwe發生動亂，93嵗的總統Mugabe被軟禁，最後被迫辭職。

在報導這個事件的時候，美國媒體提到這個國家的教育部長Moyo，說他在背後操縱總統的太太，閙分裂。

《紐約時報》這樣寫：

But in June 2014, Moyo was again on the outs. 

2017年6月，Moyo又失寵了。（總統當時責駡他搞陰謀）

on the outs (with one);on the outs 感情失和;（與某人）不和;（與某人）意見不一致; <美俚>閙翻臉了No longer speaking or on friendly terms (with someone); having a dispute or angry(with someone).
