寒露

吴浩浩

几树桐花半已凋，

一弯明月望秋潮。

清风无意滋寒露，

却把相思作叶飘。

注释：

寒露是二十四节气中的第17个节气，是干支历酉月的结束以及戌月的起始;时间点在公历每年10月8日或9日视太阳到达黄经195°(处于室女座)时。《月令七十二候集解》说:"九月节，露气寒冷，将凝结也。"寒露的意思是气温比白露时更低，地面的露水更冷，快要凝结成霜了。寒露时节，南岭及以北的广大地区均已进入秋季，东北和西北地区已进入或即将进入冬季。

The Phoenix blossoms are half gone,

Beneath the moon,  waves roll on 'nd on.

The wind blows off cold dews on leaves,

Toward where your beloved one lives.

The traditional East Asian calendars divide a year into 24 solar terms (节气). Hanlu(寒露), literally “cold dew”, is the 17th solar term. It begins when the Sun reaches the celestial longitude of 195° and ends when it reaches the longitude of 210°. It more often refers in particular to the day when the Sun is exactly at the celestial longitude of 195°. In the Gregorian calendar, it usually begins around October 8 and ends around October 23.
