在校园里

学生们会按学习能力成绩优劣自划等级

比如

那既然学生有不同等级

那也存在不同级别的班级

比如:快班,慢班,实验班,平行班

那么问题来了,

你们觉得是否应该按照学生的学习能力和智力水平分班呢

2016年5月7号的考题就是大热的“分班”问题

正方支持合班教学,反方却支持分班教学

接下来咱们就来思考一下双方观点

提倡合班教育

反对分班教育的原因有两个:

任何孩子,无论智力水平和学习能力如何,都有权利接受平等的教育。
Grouping children based on their intelligence, purely and simply for the so-called "elite education" (精英教育), is an infringement (n. 侵犯)  and violation of individual rights; in other words, everyone should be treated equally and students, without exception, should be given equal access to education regardless of their aptitude (n. 天资) and ability.

合班教育有助于学生的健康成长。

相反,分班教学会导致普通学生产生自卑情绪,

优等生会有一种优越感,乃至骄傲自满。

Teaching children together can contribute positively to a child's physical and psychological development. Being in both a competitive and cooperative environment,above-average students and  those poor ones, endowed with (天生具有) different talents, are able to learn from each   other and can mutually prepare themselves for future competition with their   peers, not only in terms of academic performance, but in other aspects of school life .
Instead, a separate teaching approach seems to focus on a child's academic achievement exclusively (adv. 唯一地). Actually, if students are taught separately according to their aptitude, the smart ones might feel complacent (adj. 自满的), conceited (adj. 自负的) or self-satisfied, while those failing to excel academically will probably lose confidence or interest in study, with an overwhelming sense of inferiority, frustration and humiliation(一种强烈的自卑感、沮丧和羞辱).

有的小伙伴认为分班教学才是大势所趋

理由也有两个

老师能因材施教,设计适合学生的教学计划和课程内容。
An obvious argument in favor of (有利于,赞成) separating students into different classes is that this kind of teaching style helps to improve students' learning efficiency and guarantee schools' education quality, allowing teachers to employ different pedagogic strategies (教师策略) and design different teaching content so as to cater to the special needs of different students.

集中优势教学资源,

更有效的开发优生的学习潜能,

调动学生的学习积极性。

The separate teaching approach can make better use of a school's educational resources and stimulate the intellectual growth of excellent students, as they are encouraged to realize their potential to the fullest under the guidance of first-class teaching staff with intellectually more challenging and demanding courses.
