KRELL经典名机
经过好久的准备和努力...今天终于把KSA100MKII装机完成...呵呵,,,还只完成了90%...面板和盖板还没做处理...
我DIY 的一个大心愿就是装一台大功率的甲类功放...如今.通过网络以及各论坛的交流...终于实现了这个心愿...100W的甲类放大器啊...
太重和太热了...但是太爽了...\先上几个图片...慢慢道来...
目前的静态电流调在单管500ma...散热片温度稳定在50度...调试时最高调在600ma...散热片温度59度...呵呵...
标准电路要求是575ma,不想太热...先调在500ma装机...听些日子再做调整...
散热器是江苏无锡买的....6块买的早155元一块,250高度,另一块(就是开成2个半块的那个)是后来买的 200一个...\
一个重量快到5kg了...用了7个...呵呵
身体到现在还不错地...干点体力活还行...
机箱宽度540 深度470 高度 250 mm 重量还没称...太重很重...光散热片就重34kg了
面板是因为还没找到厚的铝板,就用22mm厚的绝缘板先装着...处理一下也不错的...呵呵...
电源牛是1200W的环牛...左右声道绕组分开...在开机缓冲的下面...做大甲类机器电源软启动很必要的...
用的是ON的MJ21194/93对管...每声道4对输出...

甲类出来的低频爽..
和PASS-A2没有当面比对
但我装过A2,听过一些时间...推力和低频控制以及动态那是KSA100MKII要好些的....\
KSA100MKII不会一开声马上给你惊喜的感觉,它的惊喜是一点点出来的...不象PASS.一开声就听着舒服...KSA100MKII在刚开声时你或许还会对它有点失望,刚开声时有点闷和散...要煲...我的昨天开的现在了,就昨晚睡觉关了6个半小时...呵呵...现在还开着,一个人在楼下小音量的听着音乐...现在的韵味已经变的很不错了...增加了中频的透明度...低频爽,出来的绵绵的...哈哈...大甲类嘛...
单管电流500ma是还没调到100W的纯甲类...我们几个朋友算的是单管575ma,我看国外的diyaudio上老外的推荐是580ma...等冬天了我再调上去...虽然测试时调到600ma,散热片温度也就59度...现在开了一天...刚测温度是52度...
简单的处理了下面板电源开关也搞好了...感觉还不错..

The insides; very dirty after years of use. The fans only make it worse.

The cover, face plate and amplification module have been removed. The amplification module contains the main board, output stage and fans.
View of the inside rear of the amp showing the series resistors for the fans.
The transformers/harness have been removed and all that is left are the main cap clamps.
The main harness (including the transformers) was assembled at the factory in a jig outside the amp. It is removed as a unit.
Under the right channel transformer, the serial number of the unit was engraved at the factory.
The chassis has been cleaned and is ready to have the transformers and the rest of the main harness installed.
