Very often I find myself focused entirely on the problems, instead of the solutions that help me overcome those problems.
The wrong perspective will HACK our lives for months or even years to come.
Think about this, if my son hadn’t faced his fears of swimming that day, he could have delayed the fun of swimming for months, or possibly years.

Try this:
1:Stop focusing on the challenge, instead focus entirely on the small actions that will lead to the solution of the problem.
2:Ignorance leads to fear.
We fear what we can’t see or understand. Invest in your knowledge to overcome those fears.
3:You don’t have to do it alone!
Find a coach or a mentor that has overcome that challenge before.
Also, surround yourself with like-minded people who are going through the same experience that you are.
Ask yourself, what keeps holding you back from everything you can accomplish in your life?
Focus on the actions and ASK for help if needed, but don’t WASTE your life staying stuck there forever!
