闪光亮度≥20cd/m(cd为亮度单位坎德拉),频率≥3Hz,实体视角度≥0.006球面度; 临界的饱和红光; 清晰可辨的条纹图形,明暗相间的条纹数在任何方向≥5条; 当图形转换方向、震动、闪烁或颠倒方向时,在最小观测距离,实体角≥0.006球面度,最亮的条纹的亮度大于50cd/m,图形出现的时间≥0.5s,则明暗相间的条纹数可以不足5条; 图形不变化或缓慢向同一方向移动时,则不超过8条条纹。

避免暴露于快速变换的灯光下; 避免过量饮酒; 避免过度熬夜; 看电视时或电子产品时,距离最少要达到3倍的屏幕宽度; 选择具有较高的频率(100Hz)和帧率(50Hz)的电视屏幕; 遮盖一只眼睛可以减少处理视觉刺激的视网膜区域; 一旦对某种视觉刺激产生不适,应立即闭上双眼或避开屏幕。
