Landfall of Nepartak ruined and havoced the cities
台风尼伯特登陆肆虐多地
Not so long ago, many provinces and places have been hit by the rainstorm such as Hubei Province, Hunan Province, Anhui Province, Chongqing Municipality and Sichuan Province. And large areas of land were occupied with flood and the citizens formed psychological shadow for the floodand storm. Moreover, Premier Li Keqiang had to fly around and take over the reins like a superman. It is just few days passed away that Typhoon Nepartak makes landfall with joining the fun. What’s more, landfall of Nepartak is mysterious and capricious. Unexpectedly, the predicted time and place of landfall have changed a lot. As a result of typhoon, the flood and storm come back to us. I guess that many citizens will be more and more frightened and terrified with more psychological shadow.
不久前湖北、湖南、安徽、重庆、四川等地遭受暴雨袭击，大片陆地被洪水霸占，普通群众的阴影面积就特别大，国家总理李克强被迫变身超人飞奔各地主持大局！这才过了两天台风尼伯特又来凑热闹，而且台风尼伯特这次登陆极其神秘、任性，原本预测的登陆时间与地点竟然发生改变！由于台风带来的暴雨，不知道某些群众的心理创伤会不会再次被扩大？！
According to the relevant news that Typhoon Nepartak made landfall from Taimali of Taidong at 5:50 in July 8th. The detected Level 17 gust was 57.5 meters per second which broke its records of the strongest gust with 51.8 meters per second in the recent 44 years. Taidong was in a chaotic and crumbling condition that the citizens were hard to asleep at the frightening night. Some even declaimed that they had suffered atomic bomb attacks. The typhoon flattened crops, uprooted trees and ripped off roofs. Even, the train weighting 18 tons was overturned to the ground inner theTaidong railway station.
据相关消息称7月8日台风尼伯特清晨5点50从台东太麻里登陆，测得每秒钟57.5公尺的17级阵风，打破该站最强阵风纪录，刷新了近44年测到的每秒51.8公尺阵风纪录。台东满目疮痍，台东民众称彻夜惊魂、难以入眠，甚至有些人称貌似遭遇原子弹袭击一样，所到之处，农作物被吹倒，树木被连根拔起，道路被冲垮。甚至，台东火车站内一列重达19吨的火车被掀翻在地！
That day, the high-speed rail and Taiwan Railway of inner island stopped running. Many flights were suspended and all stopped working and attending classes except partial sections. And many scenic spots already closed such as Ali Mountain. Besides, some houses fell down and the ground was full of water.
当天台湾岛内高铁、台铁已经停止运行，多个航班班次取消，并且除部分地区岛内都是全部停班停课，阿里山等多个景区关闭停止运营对外接客。还有一些房屋倒塌，地面淹水积水！
Putian of Fujian, followed by Taiwan, was influenced by typhoon. In July 9th, Putian was hit with the heavy rain and serious waterlogging as a result of Napartak. For one moment, the cities turned to Watertown and some cars and houses were dipped in water. According to statistics from related authorities, Nepartak caused a direct loss of RMB 787 billion. Widespread areas were waterlogging with flood such as urban area of Putian City, Xiuyu District, Xianyou County, Minqing County, Yongtai County and Gutian County. A population of 428,800 was transferred and five weremissing. 35.2 Ha crops ruined, five airports shut down and about 390 flights were cancelled, 341 high-speed trains stopped running and the common ship lines for Taiwan and coastal ferry were all cancelled.
紧随台湾后，福建莆田受台风尼伯特影响，9日莆田遭遇大暴雨袭击，内涝严重，瞬间看海桥段又开始上演，一些车辆以及部分房屋都泡在水里。据相关部门统计，台风尼伯特造成直接经济总损失7.87亿元。莆田市城区、秀屿区、仙游县、闽清县、永泰县、古田县等地大面积内涝受淹，紧急转移42.88万人，因灾失踪5人；农作物受灾35.24千公顷；机场关停5个、取消航班约390架次，动车停运341列，对台客运航线、沿海客渡船全线停航。
However, after Nepartak made landfall to Taiwan and Fujian, it will continuously set out towards the north across Fujian such as Jiangxi Province, Zhejiang Province, Anhui Province, Jiangsu Province and Shanghai. Subsequently, the rainstorm and flood come along on its way. So the government and the citizens should make precautions to avoid the unnecessary loss and injuries.
但是继台风尼伯特登陆袭击台湾、福建后，随后其将越过福建继续北上影响江西、浙江、安徽、江苏、上海等地，这些地区将迎来暴雨，政府和人民只能做好防范措施减少不必要的损失与伤亡。
台风是发生在热带洋面上的非常强烈的天气。但是为什么会有台风杜鹃、台风玉兔，那台风的名字是怎么来的？在2000年以前有一个编号，比如2007年第9号台风成一个命名表，按照一定的先后顺序排。14个成员按照英文字母排。一年平均有28个台风，所以5年基本上就用完了。用完怎么办？循环使用。第一，名字不能太长，不能超过9个字母；第二，好发音；第三，在成员之间不能有不好的意思，同时也不能引起成员之间的分歧，当然也不能做广告，这是命名的规则。
如果某一个台风在中国登陆，这个台风带来很大的损失，我们就可以向台风委员会申请把这个名字永久删除，然后再补一个，这个名字由谁提供的谁就来补。去年中国气象局举行了一个“我给台风起名字”的活动，龙王台风，2005年龙王台风造成很大损失，就建议拿掉，然后再补充一个。有哪吒、海葵等，最后海葵代替了龙王。
