美音和英音的区别 1. 美音最大的特点就是有卷舌音，而英音没有卷舌音的。基本所有单词中，字母r之前的元音都卷舌，比如first，early等，美国人发音就把舌头上卷，而英音读起来舌头是伸平的。
2. 美国英语听起来比较圆润（所以有时会不够清晰），那是他们卷舌音多。英音听起来比较清晰利索。
3. 美国英语比较夸张，如doctor中的o的发音，美国人就念成【a】所以就有了常见美国人的Oh! My Gad! [音a].
4.语调区别。英音语调稍平，变调过程大多不陡；美音语调变化较大，变调过程经常来的比较陡。
5.某些地方的发音连续程度。美音基本上是连在一起发音的地方，英音则听起来有顿挫感。
6.辅音d的发音。英音听起来有点气的感觉。这是因为英音发音时舌尖放在上下排牙齿之间。美音则是顶一下上齿龈。
总体听起来，在语调上： 美音的语调较平缓, 而英音却跌宕起伏, 且语速较快。 据统计, 美国人的语速为一分钟约150字, 而英国人将近200字。

（习惯表达，working time是泛指的工作时间，具体表达工作时长用 working hours）

My friend is a tour guide and he likes this job very much.
（主语是he，第三人称，后面的动词要加s）
5. I would need work many hours.
I would need to work many hours.
(需要做某事，固定搭配，need to do sth)
6. I think this job very difficult.
I think this job is very difficult.
(I think后省略了that，后面是一句完整的句子，英语完整语序：主语+谓语+宾语，这里少谓语动词is)
7. I think that would be very terrible.
I think that would be terrible.
(语言习惯，terrible已经有“很，很糟糕”的意思，就不用再加上very了)
8. Many people search a job on the internet.
Many people search for a job on the internet.
（search作及物动词时是搜索，调查的意思，但是作找寻，寻找是不及物动词，要加上介词for, search for a job）
9. I don't like to be a waiter. (you are not a waiter)
I wouldn't like to be a waiter.
(语言习惯，don’t like,,,是不喜欢，尤指不喜欢某物，would like to...愿意做某事，否定形式是wouldn’t like to不愿意，不想做…这里讲我不愿意，不太想做服务员，用wouldn’t like to)
10. They need a shop assistant. How do you think?
They need a shop assistant. What do you think?
（你认为…怎么样，用What do you think?；how do you think一般指方式上或者比较深沉的问题，比如你怎么看待癌症，可说How do you think about cancer?）
