How to Stay Young 保持青春的秘诀
1. Throw out nonessential numbers. This includes age, weight and height. Let the doctor worry about them. That is why you pay him/her.
把那些无关紧要的数字抛至脑后。包括年龄,体重和身高让医生去为它们操心。不然,你为什么要付钱给他或她。
2. Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down.
只和快乐的人做朋友。那些满腹牢骚的人会让你情绪低落。
3. Keep learning. Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever. Never let the brain idle. And idle brain is the devil's workshop.
