Do you think women should be nicer and friendlier at workplace?
Actually, women in powerful positions recieve greater scrutiny from society. One hand from men , they can't tolertent a woman performence more excellant than them. Another hand from other women, women always are jealous of each other, you know.
Not every woman encounters positive female support, and yet oddly, we often expect it. Most women don’t assume that men will reach out and help, but with our own gender, we assume there will be a connection. We imagine women will act communally and maybe we do so out of our own bias. At workplace, we expect greater niceness from women and can become angry when they don’t conform to that expectation. In your view, do you think women should be nice?
