在游泳运动的过程中,我们要注意的首先是避免受伤,其次,就是考虑如何提升游进速度了。因此,掌握每项运动的标准姿势以及正确的运动方法是至关重要的。下面就来看看你平时游泳都游对了吗?
在水中减少阻力可以帮助你加快游进速度,而减小阻力的方法就是保持身体呈流线型,也就是在伸展时身体尽量保持一条直线,因此,你的整个身体都需要保持紧绷的状态
注意,游进的过程中要保持低头、收小腹的状态,若身体不能呈一条直线,在水中游进的阻力就会增加,游进速度也就会放缓。
当然,头部也不能太低,头部的高度要与两臂平行。
腰部高度不能低于手臂和小腿,还是那句话,要保持身体一字型的状态。
双臂要伸直,双腿加紧。
这样的姿势会大幅度的增加游进阻力。
双臂伸直夹住头部,身体呈尖梭形,阻力最小。

手臂在空中完成移臂之后,大臂内旋,使肘关节处于最高点,将肩部充分拉开,手指伸直并拢,掌心斜向外下方,指尖自然触水,接着是小臂,最后大臂自然插入水中。
注意:臂肘的弯曲程度要尽量与肩部平行。
完成入水之后,手掌掌心开始由斜向外下转为斜向内后,逐渐弯手肘、弯曲手腕,手肘始终高于手臂,为下一步的划水做好准备。
注意:在抱水的时候一定注意要大臂发力,保持整臂移动。小臂随大臂运动弯曲抱水,一定不要出现拉肘动作。
在移臂的同时要保证两个手肘与头处于三点一线状态,游进过程中身体呈滚动前进,这样能大大的减少阻力,同时也会省力很多。
