（语境：爸爸Phil不顾妈妈Claire反对，给小儿子Luke买了一辆新单车）

Luke

Dad, this is the coolest bike ever.

爸，这是最酷的车。

Phil

Awesome. So, listen, buddy. Certain members of this family don’t think you can take care of this bad boy.

棒棒哒。听着，伙计。家里的某些成员认为你不能照料好这辆车。

Luke

You mean Mom?

你是说妈妈吗？

Phil

Your words, not mine.

这是你说的（话），我没说过（不是我的话）。

深度学习

- This is the coolest bike ever.

ever放在比较级，最高级后面  强调程度之厉害

- Listen, buddy.

buddy  好朋友，伙伴，搭档（口语里和dude类似，但关系好的才用buddy）

- Certain members of this family don’t think you can take care of this bad boy.

➤ certain 某个，某些（根据后面名词的单复数来）e.g.  certain person某个人  certain people某些人

➤ take care of sth.  照顾，照料 = look after, care for（*care for 除了照顾更常见的意思是喜欢）

- Your words, not mine.

这句很好理解，中文里也有同样的说法：这是你说的哦，我可没说。
