一、教学目标1. 本部分学生学习的单词和词组是:cooks Chinese food, studies Chinese, does word, puzzles, goes hiking。教材通过John和他弟弟谈论自己笔友的场景呈现了单词的词形和意义。2. 本部分的教学目标是:学生能够听、说、读、写上述单词和词组;能够熟练运用句型Does he / she …? Yes, he / she does. No, he / she doesn’t.二、学情分析学生目前已有一定的英语语言基础,会基本的日常会话。在前几个课时学习了一些表示爱好的单词和词组dancing, singing, reading stories, playing football, doing kung fu,句型What are he / she’s hobbies? He / She likes … 本单元的主题I have a pen pal,主要通过网络和朋友进行沟通交流,学生比较感兴趣,对外国小朋友的平时做些什么也很好奇。所以本节课我设计让学生尝试交一个外国网友,在选择外国网友的过程中学习更多的词组和句型。三、重点难点重点:掌握五个词组:cook Chinese food, studies Chinese, does word puzzles, goes hiking.难点:能正确区分并运用动词第三人称单数与第一人称进行相关的表达。四、教学过程活动1【导入】Warm-up&Lead in一、Warm-up1. Greetings.T: Hello, boys and girls. How are you today?Ss: I’m fine, thank you. And you?T: Very well, thanks.2. Free talk.T: Great weather, isn’t it? I want to fly a kite this weekend. If you have the same hobbies with them, you can be QQ friends each other. I hope everyone can make a foreign friend today.设计意图:通过课余生活的讨论,引出本节课的主线—QQ聊天。激发学生想结交外国好友的兴趣。3. Come and have a look!T: Let’s visit John’s Qzone together!设计意图:用浏览教师好友的QQ空间的方式,直观了解外国青少年的课余生活。为之后第三人称单数的学习做准备。活动2【讲授】Presentation 三、Presentation and practice打开John的空间,里面有很多他的信息,还有他上传的图片。教师使用课件展示John的空间照片。1. (老师板书重点词组,强调第三称单数的变化) 课件出现这四张图片并听录音跟读。设计意图:在师生共同描述John时,通过课件的提示,让学生自己感受单三的变化,并在真实自然的语境下轻松完成第三人称单数的学习。2. 学生结伴完成讨论:Talk about John. 教师组织学生运用单数第三人称介绍他人经常做的事情。He ... He often ...3. Summary.总结本课所学的第三人称单数词组,并在课件上用不同颜色把第三人称单数动词变形进行归类。This is John.He _______ China, he _____ China very much. He often ____________, _______________, _______________ and _______________. 4. Listen, match and say.(1) T: John is my best QQ friend. I have many other QQ friends, let’s have a look… They are Oliver, Miss Green, John and Mr. Jones.在教师的QQ中呈现这部分四个人物的照片。请学生看图和对话示例,预测对话内容。请学生根据图片说出动词词组,做好听力准备。T: What do they often do? Can you guess?引导学生用Does Oliver often …?来猜他们经常做的事情。设计意图:用猜人物经常做什么的方式复习上节课所学句型Does he / she …? 并巩固本节课的重点词组。(2) 听录音,连线。Listen, match and say. 听力文本:①Woman: Oliver likes word puzzles. He does them every day.②Man: Miss Green studies Chinese. She writes Chinese characters every week.③Woman: John is tall and strong. He goes hiking every Saturday.④Man: Mr. Jones lives in China and he often teaches his son to cook Chinese food.(3) Brainstorm.给学生五秒钟记住这四个人经常做的事情,然后去连线,学生凭记忆回答老师的问题:Does Oliver / Miss Green / John / often…?4. Let’s wrap it up.此时,QQ消息声音又响起。T: I have another message. It’s from my friend Jane. What does she say?教师点击Jane的头像,出现对话框。Jane发来一张图片。这时课件中出现Let’s wrap it up内容。(1) 阅读短文,判断正误。(true or false) ①Jane has a cat! (T)②The cat loves to play games. (F)③Jane studies English every afternoon. (F)④Jane teaches her sister to draw every week. (F)(2) 趣读短文。读到动词就拍手!设计意图:此部分融入Let’s wrap it up. 用趣读短文的形式让学生感知动词及其变化,既总结了本节课的重点,又为家庭作业奠定理解基础。(3) 把动词划上线并填空。教师将这些动词做成词卡贴在黑板上,请学生先同桌讨论可以分成几组,完成书本的填空练习。然后请两名学生上来分组,并陈述理由 (词尾变化有怎样的特点)。全班核对答案,教师布置学生快速阅读Extension中的语篇,从文中找出更多同类的词补充进来。设计意图:通过发现式学习,学生观察总结第三人称单数词尾变化规律,并通过说、读、写的形式强化学生对规律的运用。活动3【练习】Extension四、Extension1. 教师提供更多的外国朋友信息以供学生选择。Lily: Lily is 12.
