英国人说'cheers!'可不仅仅是要和你干杯！

小红有个好朋友是位来自英国的小伙伴Jessica，她刚来中国时拜托小红教她中文，如今Jessica终于学成了，她决定请小红吃饭，好好谢谢小红的帮助。

晚饭的时候，Jessica十分高兴地对小红说'cheers!'

小红还以为是大家一起举杯，刚想举起杯子，发现对面的Jessica正在吃东西，完全没有干杯的意思，小红一头雾水。

其实在英国人的语言用法里，'cheers!'并不只是指“干杯”哦！

其实英国人说cheers是“谢谢”的意思哦~毕竟就算干杯也大多发生在庆祝的时候，这个时候就会感谢这件好事发生了，所以理解成谢谢也不是不可以啦！
