好文!类器官技术在中国的发展概述
2009年起,关于类器官发表的文献数量呈现井喷式增长,开启高速发展阶段。 2013年,The Scientist将类器官评为2013年度科研突破之一。 2017年,Nature将类器官评为年度科学方法(The Method of 2017)。 2019年,Science推出Special Issue - Organoid.
将类器官技术应用于临床,指导临床用药和个体化治疗方向也是近期类器官技术的发展方向之一,事实上,自2016年起,类器官技术已被纳入临床试验中,截止到2020年9月,已有63起临床试验于FDA官方备案,其中更有8起临床试验的地点位于中国,这些临床试验的适应症包括肺癌、胰腺癌、结肠癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、食管癌等等。
