16.去掉the。in the secret表示“知情”，一般用在系动词后，作表语；in secret表示“秘密地”，在句中作状语。

例句：You must not take liberties because you are in the secret.

别因为你知道秘密，就自作主张。

结构分析：

In order to avoid being found是状语，we是主语，decided是谓语，to leave是宾语，in secret是状语。
