我不得不不思考一个问题:我大部分时间在机场吃饭,可是全球机场都没有匹配GI6-10的碳水化合物食品,而全球三高患者是如此之多!那么、我们如何开发三高群体的焙烤食品呢?那么、我们如何在全球机场如何才能吃上藜麦、魔芋、青稞的低GI食品呢?我们在游戏、运动、登山、航空、工作、生活中如何合理科学地去摄入低GI食品呢?糖尿病、高血压、高血脂、癌症、动脉硬化、支架手术、血管疾病……如何饮食?特别糖尿病者、如何饮食才能持久控制血糖呢?通过GI食品科学合理饮食、如何减少胰岛素、二甲双胍缓释片、降糖药的减少呢?大国工匠杜德春、八岁学徒至今苦难成就梦想!为了回报社会与世界!为了拯救与唤醒人们对饮食的正确认识:利他、利人、利国、利民、利世界;见众生

背景:目前全球70亿人,有30-40多亿已经是三高或潜在三高大军;或癌症、动脉硬化、脑血管病、以及各种病此起彼伏。

何以如此?

病从口入,所以、民以食为天,食药同源,食、何其重要。

全球人民正在被高蛋白的动物油脂与脂肪、以及高碳水化合物的大米或馒头面包入侵健康。

饮食结构不均衡,营养不匹配等诸多错误的食品饮食习惯所至病。

除去转基因食品、反式脂肪酸、农药化肥膨大剂、食品工业防腐剂 改良剂 添加剂、污染的水;就是高碳水化合物的GI食品对人身体的破坏:精细白面馒头88;精细大米88;糖制品100;高糖高油糕点98-100;肉类80……
