怎么判断自己是否患有慢性疲劳综合征?

两大主要标准:

1、持久或反复发作的疲劳,持续时间在6个月以上。

2、去医院检查,找不到引起疲劳的原因。也就说既不是因为糖尿病,也不是因为甲减,更不是因为肿瘤。

伴随一系列肢体及心理症状:

1、没有明确原因的肌肉无力。

2、失眠多梦和经常早醒。

3、头疼、头晕或头胀。

4、食欲不振。

5、肩背部不适,胸口有紧缩感,或有游走不定的肌肉痛、关节痛,但无既往的风湿和外伤病史。

6、心情抑郁、焦虑、紧张、恐惧。

7、兴趣减少或丧失。

8、性功能减退。

9、小于2cm的淋巴结肿大或有压痛感。

10、注意力难以集中,记忆力减退,做事力不从心。

11、咽喉痛、咽部充血,或有紧缩感。

12、低热(<38℃)。

How to judge if you have chronic fatigue syndrome?

Two main criteria:

1. Persistent or recurrent fatigue, lasting more than 6 months.

2. Go to the hospital for an examination and find no cause for fatigue. In other words, it is neither because of diabetes, nor because of hypothyroidism, nor is it because of tumors.

Accompanied by a series of physical and psychological symptoms:

1. Muscle weakness without a clear cause.

2. Insomnia and frequent dreams and often wake up early.

3. Headache, dizziness or swelling.

4. Loss of appetite.

5. Discomfort in the shoulders and back, tightness in the chest, or wandering muscle pain and joint pain, but no previous history of rheumatism and trauma.

6. Depression, anxiety, tension and fear.

7. Decrease or loss of interest.

8. Decreased sexual function.

9. Lymph nodes are swollen (smaller than 2 cm) or tender.

10. Difficulty in concentration, memory loss, and inability to do things.

11. Sore throat, throat congestion, or a feeling of tightening.

12. Low fever (<38℃).
