花之圣母大教堂（Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore），又名圣母百花大教堂，佛罗伦萨大教堂，是世界五大教堂之一。佛罗伦萨在意大利语中意味花之都，大诗人徐志摩则把佛罗伦萨译作“翡冷翠”，所以花之圣母大教堂似乎更贴一些。教堂位于意大利佛罗伦萨历史中心城区，教堂建筑群由大教堂、钟塔与洗礼堂构成，1982年作为佛罗伦萨历史中心的一部分被列入世界文化遗产。
